Seikan Bridge

Seikan Bridge is set in Shanghai during the early Showa era years, only 300 days before the outbreak of the Second Sino-Japanese War that would directly precede Japan's greater involvement in the Second World War. A Japanese girl named Haru crosses the sea to live in Shanghai, and meets a Chinese boy there whom she gets to know.
